Exchange and return
You have the right to return an item at D-Purchase System within 14 days without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). Within this period, you may view, rate and/or fit the article as you do in a shop, unless otherwise stated. To make your return shipment quickly, you can easily use our return form. To cancel or to return (revoked) you can also use the standard revocation form. You have the right to revoke of your purchase within 14 days. Read below for all conditions.
After the revocation of your order, the article should be returned no later than 14 days after reporting the revocation.
If you announce your return in advance, it can be processed quickly.
Both clothing as other articles you can be returned at D-Purchase System.
When returning your order, it must meet the following requirements:
- The product is – as far as reasonably possible – in the original state.
- The product is – as far as reasonably possible – in factory packaging.
- The product is complete.
With the application of the right of withdrawal does not expire your payment obligation. You will have to pay within the prescribed period. If a credit arises by the return process in our administration, we deposit this right back. If you return the entire order, the shipping costs will be deleted. We pay you back with the same method of payment that you have paid us.
In general, we refund the purchase price not later than within 14 days after termination. Termination arises from the moment you have brought us up to date of the repeal of the purchase and we have received the returned product.
Please note! The following items cannot be returned (this is legal so determined!):
- If there is wear or damage has occurred by the consumer to the product.
- If the product is perishable.
- If the product is made or ordered specifically for the customer.
- If the product cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons.
- Products that are downloaded from the D-Purchase System.
- Products for which the consumer has activated the activation code/license code.
- Products that have a safety seal (for example, CDs, DVDs, etc.) that is broken.
Above items can only be returned when the item is found to be defective. Defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt at D-Purchase System. You can do this through our return form/withdrawal form.
On the packing slip of your order, you will find a label with a return address. The costs for a return shipment are for own account. The original shipping cost will be removed on the invoice after receipt of the return shipment if you return the complete order. When you want to return an article please use our return form/withdrawal form so that we can quickly process your return.
Cancellation of your order
Any order can be cancelled, without giving any reason, provided that this order has not been sent yet. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from D-Purchase System. Would you like to cancel your order after you have had an order confirmation? Answer your order confirmation or contact us by phone or fill out the return form/withdrawal form in. The cancellation of the order will be confirmed by e-mail. Once your cancellation request is confirmed by us, D-Purchase System will refund the amount paid at the latest within 14 days after cancellation (withdrawal).
To cancel you can also use the standard withdrawal form. You need to do this within 14 days.
